Our stylists earn hourly pay with additional earning potential based on performance — and brides are often generous tippers when you give them an unforgettable experience.

You’ll Have Actual Days Off

Our boutiques operate on a concentrated weekly schedule of just four days, which means our teams have consistent days away from the store instead of constantly bouncing between scattered shifts.

Yes, weekends are important in bridal.

You don’t need bridal experience to work at Ivoryology.

In fact, sometimes we prefer that you don’t have it.

We have a proven approach to helping brides find their dress, and we’ll teach you how to guide an appointment, read the room, understand what a bride is really telling you, overcome hesitation, and help her make a decision she feels incredible about.

What we can’t teach is warmth, judgment, intuition, confidence, hustle, or genuine care for people.

Ivoryology is a multi-location bridal boutique offering a curated collection of brand-new, on-trend wedding dresses at $1,299 and $1,899.

Our brides take their dresses home the same day.

Some are planning weddings a year from now. Some need a dress by Saturday. Some know exactly what they want. Some have absolutely no idea.

Our job is to make every one of them feel like they came to exactly the right place.

We believe bridal shopping doesn’t need endless racks, intimidating price tags, or pressure. It should be personal, joyful, stylish, and surprisingly easy.
